Uniform Disclosure Statement

Orphan Relief and Rescue (“ORR”) was originally formed in 2006 as a ministry of Sharing Ministries International (“SMI”), a registered 501(c)(3) charity based in Texas. On July 28, 2008, ORR incorporated as a separate charity also based in Texas, and in August of 2009 received full 501(c)(3) status from the IRS.

Our policy is to apply all gifts designated toward a specific program or project to that program, except where the gift is no longer relevant or applicable, or where extenuating circumstances present themselves, such as a dire emergency. We are required to maintain full discretion over all donations
