Tim and Rebecca Pratt
Tim and Rebecca have invested more than 12 years in humanitarian work in both Central America and West Africa, including eight years in leadership positions with Mercy Ships. Tim has led teams to more than 16 countries, bridging local cultures and addressing root causes to end cycles of poverty. Rebecca has specialized in restructuring orphanages for many years, with a focus on sustainable grassroots solutions, and advocacy and education to end abuse.
Don Clark, Ph.D.
Originally trained as a research biochemist, Don served as Vice-President of a successful bio-pharmaceutical firm from 1989 until 2000. After spending five years as a Vice-President of Mercy Ships, he has helped manage or found several non-profit organizations including Orphan Relief and Rescue, Sharing International, Creation Moments, and Mission Direct (US).
Steve Martin
Steve is the Director of Operations for Love146, a rapidly growing Connecticut-based charity. After a television production career, Steve migrated to non-profit communications and marketing in 2003. He holds a BA in Television and Video production and started Infused Communications, a cutting edge international communications company with offices in the US and the UK.
Monte Regier
For the past 20 years, Monte has specialized in helping world class companies envision and execute strategic thinking. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as promising startups. Before joining the Board of Orphan Relief and Rescue, Monte became passionate about helping in the developing world while serving on the executive team of the Mercy Ship Anastasis with his wife Christie and two children. Monte has a Masters in counseling and a Bachelors degree in psychology and business from California State University.
Michael Fotheringill
Michael has led a prestigious career in banking and finance since 1964. He retired in 2001 as President and CEO of National Bank of Tukwila, then served with Mercy Ships for six years -- three years as Financial Officer aboard the M/V Anastasis, and another two years as Mercy Ships’ Chief Financial Officer. Michael and his wife, Holly, live in the Northwest near their two sons and grandchildren.
